RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Candles may be returned for store credit only - within 15 days of purchase date. All returns must be in unused, unburnt, resaleable condition. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. Screaming Peacock Candle Co, LLC does not refund original or return shipping charges. Screaming Peacock Candle Co, LLC is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned.
If your items arrived damaged, please email email@example.com with pictures of the items and packaging for a replacement item.
